Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in full packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping to Hong Kong.
• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Custom or engraved items are final sale.

To start a return, please email support@labrocks.com with your order number.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers must cover all shipping costs to and from Hong Kong.
• Any difference in price between the original and new item must be paid before the new piece is shipped.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
